  • £1,500 + VAT: Covers the application process and representation at the first hearing.

  • £350 per additional hearing (until the fact-finding stage).

  • Fact-finding hearings: Priced separately based on counsel’s quote.

Children Matters

  • £2,500 + VAT: Covers initial case preparation and representation at the first hearing.

  • £350 per additional hearing (until the fact-finding stage).

  • Fact-finding hearings: Priced separately based on counsel’s quote.
